It's time for Toronto to blossom.

I'm Adam Pham — a 25-year resident of Parkdale–High Park, an entrepreneur, and an independent candidate. Not another promise. A practical plan, and someone who listens.

A listener, by experience.

As a child of communist Vietnam, I rose to become one of the nation's top students and earned a full scholarship abroad — a bachelor's in Kyiv and a PhD in Moscow during a time of great political change. My wife and I have lived in six countries and visited over 70, and we chose Canada for its diversity, inclusivity, and democracy.

Born during the war, I lost 35% of my hearing in a bombing when I was six. It taught me to listen — closely, and to everyone. I've seen ideology-driven systems fail. I believe in practical solutions that work for real people, and I'm committed to being available to hear what Ward 4 actually needs.

"This election isn't about managing the ward. It's about how Toronto comes back to its core values — and keeps growing, charmingly and smartly."

Parkdale · Swansea · Roncesvalles · High Park · Junction

One of the best wards in the city.

Intelligent, generous neighbours. Beautiful natural scenery. A resilient community spirit. Just as the Japanese maple and cherry trees were brought here from afar and became part of who we are, Ward 4 thrives when it stays open to new ideas.

Parkdale–High Park has everything it needs to thrive — we just need practical solutions.

Ward 4 had the highest voter turnout of any Toronto ward in 2022. This community is engaged — and it deserves a councillor who listens back.

"This is enough for empty promises. I'm running as an independent — driven by gradual reform, not revolution — so we can make Parkdale–High Park a real, affordable, livable place for everyone."
